Stupidly went again today. The food is nasty and living here my whole love it used to be ran really well. Its just awful. And... from what I tell teenagers run it so the service is ALWAYS awful. I ordered online using the orderform on the website. We arrived at the location and attempted to park. Every open parking spot... that was open had a broken order screen. After circling the lot 3x I finally found an open spot with a working screen. I toldthe guy that I ordered online and gave him my name. He told me he didn't have my name. I told him I had the order on my phone ifhe can send someone out I can show them. His response "No you don't" By this time I was annoyed so I yelled into the screen sendsomeone out here or give me a refund. He never answered me again. Shauna the car hop heard me and asked what the issue was. Itold her and she said she'd find out. All of a sudden my order, that I was just told I lied about, was being made. When it cameI asked for the gentleman's name that ghosted me on the speaker so I could call the owner. Shauna refused to give me his name orthe owners contact info.
