This gem of a place is THE BEST. Chef Melba and John are masters of their crafts. The food and wine is incredible and the... service is so kind and attentive. Excellent restaurant in Hermosa Beach! We went there for a birthday and everyone really loved it. The quality of the food is... amazing! We took the paella and the lamb. Excellent! Plus, the service is very careful. The chef came to see us at the end ofthe lunch and she's is an amazing woman with a lot of personality. Same for the waiter who was really nice. We have been going to Chef Melba?s for over 10 years and it never disappoints. A hidden gem in South Bay, how do people not know... about this place?!?! Melba always comes by to catch up with our family and John is always so nice and helpful. Pretty mucheverything on the menu is amazing?and huge. You will definitely get your $$?s worth.
