Must be done inside not drive thou be kind plz and not when busy Every1 should go to any Taco Bell and order the Steak Power... Bowl. Now look for the picture and tell them you want as much steak as it's got in the picture. Tonight was my first experience at this location . We were in line over 15 minutes. The staff was friendly to us. There were... literally only five fries in my nacho fries so that was very disappointing. The chalupa shells very stale and inedible. Well to start things off (Adam d) that?s working the drive through couldn?t have been more indifferent and horrible to talk to.... We ordered a lot of different things but specifically want to talk about how I asked for hot and fresh fries and was informedthat it would take 4 minutes and I said that?s fine. For reference there was not a single other car in the drive-through at thetime?..after waiting some time for the food and checking the fries and to everyone?s surprise, they couldn?t have been anycolder?and when asking Adam D if I could have hot fries he couldn?t have been more annoyed by me asking him for something Iasked for in the first place and then the make the matter worse they take my old cold fries and refry them just enough to makethem stale and not hot and when he had handed me what I thought was going to be freshly made fries I asked why when I asked forhot fries I got very cold fries he turned away and just closed the windows on my face. I hope they evaluate this guy?semployment, he doesn?t even deserve a drive through window job? if the manager can get off her cell phone long enough toparticipate in her job I?m sure this place would have a better than 2 star rating. I never thought I?d give a Taco Bell 5 stars but here we are. I?m surprised by the low ratings because this is one of the best... I?ve been too. Clean inside, staff is friendly, food was warm, accurate & fast. Taco portions were great, no soggy or brokenshells. The staff even checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything else.
