We LOVED OUR visit to the CB! We met the lovely staff which included Kerry, Aryanna, Avery and Hannah. All such lovely people.... They served the best salted caramel I have ever had in my life. The service was pleasant enough, but the quality of the foods and beverages were terrible. In fact, inedible. We tossed 2 of the... items in the trash because the taste was so bad. Unfortunately, from what I have noticed, anything 'Hershey Entertainment'related foods and beverages shops are far too mass produced to offer authenticity to the foods, leaving them tasting fake andplastic-like.
