I love the pizza ordered 16? half pineapple,ham, jalapeño and other half pepperoni, pineapple, jalapeño so delicious! Wouldn?t... order wings again for $8.99 not worth it! The wings are extremely small for the price. Read more
I have had the worst experience at knockout pizza I would go through them about 2 times a week the last couple times I have... called them the service was horrible. I ordered delivery I asked for no mushrooms on my supreme pizza as well as my antipastabecause I am deathly allergic as well as cold pizza sauce with my breadsticks wich I did not recieve both times I also hadmushrooms on my pizza and salad wich was on both I couldn't eat either of the items ordered nor did I want to eat my breadsticksbecause I didn't recieve my sauce I spoke to 2 teen employees that did not conduct themselves the way they should have. Theymade a joke out of my allergy and said sure thing buddie. We will have Eddie the owner contact you the next day now 2 days laterI have still not received a phone call from Eddie. Knock out pizza in my book has gone down hill since Cindy has passed awayunfortunately. I will inform all of my family and friends about the service I have received. The pizza is good - but delivery times should be more accurate. Don?t tell me 45 minutes when it?s more like 120 minutes. Plus... when I called I was told the order was ready they were waiting on a driver- ok, 40 min later I got my barely warm pizza. With aforgotten item. Still tipped the driver well, just need better timing on when to start an order so it isn?t sitting there foran hour on the oven top. If you know there?s 1 drive just be honest about the timing and make the order with the appropriateamount of time to get it to its location hot. Hmm- I paid cash to the driver. So nothing can be refunded and I?m not far fromthe location I?ve had pizza delivered before. Learning opportunities happen. I didn?t request a refund though. Read more
