On Monday 8/09/22 at 9:30am, I ordered a Venti Chi Tea Late, and food items. When I got to my car I saw half the cup was full... with the rest filled with foam, I was late to Dr apt & very tired, I showed employee the drink and I said I?d return for arefund another day leaving the drink. On 8/10/22 at 1130am, a mgr questioned my integrity saying I should have noticed it beforeI got to my car the last Monday looked as if she doubted me. She said they have new employees & brushed me off said at the endI was taken care of, as if all is ok. It?s NOT OK to pay $6 for half the cup, OR 2 inches off the top is NOT ok either.
