I got that new outlaw sandwich, and it was pretty good. The three folks working were great, nice and helpful.
This location is a joke.... Alicia the manager has trained her staff to be extremely stingy and not use the correct build to... charts. I know this because her staff relayed that info to us last night . I was charged extra for guacamole when the staff didnot use the correct scoop. When I said something he found the scoop real fast but still charged me. The tomatoes where frozenand soggy. The worse experience ever. I did call and speak to alecia this morning and she said she would give me a free scoop ofAlvarado. Lol. We were regulars at that location along with half of our neighborhood. I will be posting my experienceeverywhere possible and its because of that sites manager. She should have made this right. Asking for nothing free but anapology would have went a long way . Read more
I used to work at a subway and it?s easy. I can?t believe these kids are working here. He put his bare arm along the foot long... sandwich and while cutting it. I politely asked him to replace it and watch his arm. What does he do? Same thing. This honestlydidn?t surprise me due to the comment a customer said while walking out. ?Good luck?.
