The entire experience was horrible. Sadly my friend & I were taken advantage of for simply wanting to try a new type of food. No... menus to see prices and the waiter was friendly but didn?t explain anything properly. We ate from the ?salad? bar and then meatscame out and we each took. 2 small pieces of meat + a cocktail. Our bill came out to $150! We questioned why it was $83 and thewaiter couldn?t give us a reason, he acted like he didn?t understand what we meant. On top of that, a 18% fee was added for atip as well as a service fee. Ridiculously expensive for mediocre food. (No menus to even know what we were getting into!) Wepaid & left, we will never be back and would not recommend this place to anyone ever. Read more
NEVER AGAIN?. I would rate this 0 stars if I could. The waitress wouldn?t show us the bill with the service fee included until... we had already paid and said we needed to tip her AGAIN and forced us to pick a tip while she hovered over us! This place is amazing. The new team is doing a great job here. The atmosphere is nice and the Brazilian barbecue is delicious,... especially the grilled cheese. You must try their Caipirinha? the best cocktail for sure. Highly recommend!! Read more
Where do I begin?. We got to the place, the ceiling was leaking and we had to move to an even smaller table (we were a group of... 8). The food was AWFUL, truly not edible. The croquetas tasted as if they were fried in used oil, on top of being burnt. Myfamily ordered rib eye steaks, we got a WELL DONE CHANCLETA with grease. They had taken a rib eye steak and deep fried it.??????????? We ordered filet mignon and they brought us chunks of beef with bacon, again in grease. Definitely not filet mignon.This place deserves to be closed. They are scamming people. It is not Brazilian, and it cannot be considered a churrasqueriawith the overcooked, refried meat they serve. They took one of our IDs to keep us from not leaving without paying. 1. Itsillegal. 2. I now understand why people want to leave without paying!!! By the way? our bill was close to $600 for food we couldNOT eat/ barely ate because of how bad it was. We were told the ice bucket with beers was more expensive than paying forindividual beers AFTER we consumed it. ????
