This place has the worst customer service ever. This place needs to beclosed, or replace everybody that works at this location.... It took 45 minutes to receive an online order. An order that was seating on a shelf for god knows how long. There was two girlsat front by the time I got there and there was only one customer in front of me. When I asked for my order (already payedonline), she found it on the register. That means that they were going to start the order at that time. Fine, I will be patient,I sat down thinking that, tha girl was going to take care of the order [WRONG]. People kept coming in, it got packed, it wasgetting late, I had to make a line to try to ask for my order. At this point there was only one person at front. People weregetting frustrated, there was a bunch of complete orders on the shelf, and still one person at front, people were asking fortheir orders AND they were not ready, besides the shelf being full of orders. The single girl at front with the "I dont care andI dont want be here" attitude was so slow that I was about to jump over the counter to get my order because I had a feeling thatmy ordet was long ago ready. But, finally a sencond girl came from the kitchen and started to help, started calling on theorders that were ready, finally called mine, and I noticed as I was leaving the place, it started to get empty. There was noorganisation, as people who was coming last, were leaving earlier. They freaking need new management if they have any. Worstplace to order food, never again! Read more
Horrible service. When I ordered it said it was gonna take 37-42 mins and it took 1:15 mins the food was SO cold when arrived... and I live 3 mins from them so that means it was sitting there for q long time and never picked up the phone Read more
The food is fine, when we get it. Why offer delivery, if you never intend to deliver the food? And then you go so far as to... the manager assuring me the food is on its way and then not answering the phone when the driver never comes. I shouldn?t haveto resort to DMing a WingStop representative on social media in order to get a refund for food I never got. Do better. Read more
The customer service I received at this location was exceptional. The staff was courteous and professional. My order was done... over the phone and ready the minute I got there. The manager Ronald catered to all my needs and made sure my order was top tier.This will be my go to Wing stop from here on out! Read more

BAD BAD BAD...Am being generous giving them one star, I placed an order to eat in and waited for 45 min when they very clearly... said it was going to be 15, when I asked what happened to my order the lady in the front just said it was on the board and hadto wait 15 more min which I waited, when I went to ask again she said it was still on the board with no explanation of how longmore it will take, I asked her to please prioritize my order since I had been waiting for an hour, she just told me to wait lastthing i know theres this guy giving me a refund! and again no explanation!
