I placed an online order for a large ice cream cake a week in advance. They "lost" my order and then whipped up one that looked... nothing like the picture and was very sloppy. No apology or willingness to refund part of my payment. Read more
The guy working drive thru needs more training. He made us order the $7 meal which included a sunday and a soda. I kept telling... him we want our two shakes and the snack deal the pick any two for $5. He had no idea what he was doing. We ended up paying $15.and change for, Two medium shakes, a hamburger ( asked for bacon ) ( never happened ), a medium coke and a chocolate sundae. Itwas just two of us and both girls. WTH, who could drink and eat all of that. Not us.. ???? We told the young lady that wasgetting our order together that we didn't want a refund, but please teach him the correct way to take an order, before he gets amean customer that will definitely flip out. I'm fairly disappointed with the service. Was told to go ahead and order. I did and was cut off with wait wait wait I'm sorry... just a moment. Okay. Comes back sorry now what was that? I'm thinking seems nice. I order, come around to pay. No biggie. Getthe royal choco brownie extreme blizzards for my daughters who have a great week first day of school. The 4 year old just wantedlots of chocolate. Order comes, looks pretty vanilla with some chocolate pieces in it. I've gotten this several times and itlooked nothing like the yummy chocolate color they normally have. It was white white. Now I'm not trying to be a Karen, andusually I wouldn't say anything but my 4 year old has been so good and I want her to get what she wanted. So I say, excuse me,but this doesn't look very chocolatey. The young man at the window looked and agreed and said he'd have others made. I tried tohand him the ones I ordered and he says he couldn't take them back. I'm like okay... that works. Next, the manager came to thewindow and argued repeatedly that the blizzard was correct and looked as it should. I'm like okay maybe the last five timessomebody was super generous with the chocolate blended in, so I Google it, click images and nearly all show a deliciouschocolate colored blizzard packed with more chocolate goodness. I showed this grown man whose arguing with a chocolate loverpicture after picture and he says that's just a picture (after about five different pictures). At this point, he says fine we'llmake you other ones. Then he sends a different guy to the window to retrieve the white ice cream and I hand it over politely.Didn't want those anyway... but, as this young man (teen) opens the window, I hear the manager yelling about the situation.Window closes so I knock on the window and ask for a refund very calmly. 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru with only a couple people in front of me. Had to ask for all of my food 3 times as... they kept handing part of the order out and then asking in a confused manner "Is there something else you need?"
