This is a small restaurant that you would either have to be local to know about probably or just have some insight and read this... review. the sandwich I purchased and consumed from this restaurant today was the best sandwich I had had in ages I ordered a hotham and cheese and cheese was perfectly melted it was on some toasted bread it was just amazing it would melt in your mouth. Always delicious! Never a bad experience. Very nice people. I usually can't eat bacon due to nitrites. On occasion they will... have bacon I can eat. Their vegetables are always delicious and beautiful. Brussel sprouts taste like it should be a dessert.Salad is so good, with their homemade dressing. Totally recommend if you enjoy good food! I stopped at Hatch a few years ago on a road trip, and I remember how amazing their sandwiches were. I couldn't remember the... name, and had unsuccessfully tried finding this shop on several road trips since. Fast forward to this past week, and I justhappened to see "Hatch Sandwich Bar" when looking for restaurants in Hickory and thought I'd give them a shot.
