Our cashier was very polite and helpful. Food was very good.
(Bojangles, Greensboro Rd. High Point NC). I?ve stopped at this Bojangles many times. Usually there is always something that... isn?t that good. We?ll, today when I ordered steak biscuit combo, seasoned fries with a Pepsi it took longer than usual. Ipulled up to the drive through window and I asked the person at the window for some ketchup. They seems totally distracted bysomething going on in the restaurant. I told them to just put the ketchup in the bag. After asking them to put my ketchup inthe bag, a couple of times, they looked at me and handed me a handful of ketchup. So I?m sitting in my car with a large handfulof ketchup. I also got a Pepsi with no ice that was so flat, I poured it out. I hope my next stop here is better or I?ll needto stop somewhere else. Read more
@bojangles Horrible and nasty experience! I took a day before writing this, but yesterday 11/20, I placed an order online for... pickup. Simple order with 2 Cajun filet biscuits, one of them with pimento cheese. I pick up the order, get home and get readyto eat. As I pick up the biscuit with pimento cheese something catches my attention - there was a ?good thru? sticker in thepimento cheese. It was the full sticker, not just part of it. How could someone miss an entire sticker? When I show back up toshow the staff everyone?s jaw dropped, eyes got big, and they lost color in their faces. One of them even replied ?that isnasty.? They fixed the biscuit, refunded the biscuit, and threw a pie in the bag. Bojangles used to be a favorite, but afterthis experience and knowing another Bojangles in Winston was shut down for sanitation issues I fully believe that sanitation isnot a priority for Bojangles.
