A little shocked at the price we paid for what we ate. We came here as a last option on an otherwise very busy night in the area... due to furniture sales or something of that nature (who knew). No wonder this restaurant had openings. They were out of severalmenu items. The cheese platter was mediocre at best. My fiance ordered a Caesar salad but received a House with absolutely noawareness by the server. I ordered the scallop entree which was bland at best and came with just 3 scallops! I would expect thatquantity in an appetizer and was incredibly surprised with the price tag it accompanied. My fiance's "filet" was smothered insome sort of gravy so who knew if it was filet at all. Again, just disappointed at the price/quality ratio, or should I say, disparity. We love each other's company and can find enjoyment in any situation so we had a great time together but I cautionyou from dining here. For the money we spent we could have had an exponentially better meal and will not be returning. I'll endon a positive as I always choose to do, the server was very pleasant and friendly. Read more

Ate here twice in a week and had a great experience both times. Food was excellent and the service was terrific. The meatloaf... was off the charts good. Friendly and service oriented staff. The restaurant is in a large open room with tall ceilings soalthough the place was packed the noise wasn't distracting. Prices were commensurate for the area. Read more

We last dined here in early 2019 and concluded that absolutely loved this destination. Service, food and ambience was amazing.... As we were considering a place for a ?date night,? we opted to return (first time post-Covid). Probably not our best choice.Walked in and the host just stared at me ? I actually had to say ?can we have dinner here?? He then pointed to the room vaguely. After a few more questions I chose a table past the newer section into what we remembered as the cozy dining area. Obviouslythere has been a re-do since our last visit. Bottom line is that we were simply underwhelmed. Service was average. Food wasaverage. Atmosphere was average. They were out of meatloaf (which I remember living in the past). My roasted chicken has zeroflavor and the asparagus was pretty tough to eat. We had to ask halfway through the meal for bread. Not the worst place to eat,but there are far too many other options out there in the region if I?m spending money. I?d love to see this establishmentreturn to what it was before. That said, maybe the decision is to cater to a different crowd and that?s ok as well. Read more

Last week I told a friend about Christina Greys. I told her that my husband and I had a wonderful meal there pre-Covid and that... she should try it out. So my husband and I decided to take my own advice tonight. What a disappointment. I don?t know if therestaurant is under new management but all I can say is we were underwhelmed. The atmosphere was completely different as theyhad added another dining room and the lights were very bright. It lost the enchanting vibe. We then went to order and theywere out of their signature meatloaf dish, which my husband had talked about for years. We ordered something else and waited 40minutes for our roasted chicken and grilled salmon dish. We were the only ones in the restaurant. I finally asked our waitresswho wasn?t very good, if there was bread. She stated ?I can get you bread if you want?. Sigh She brought the bread out withour meal. The meals were over salted. The asparagus was tough and difficult to cut with the butter knife we were given. Therisotto was very good, but the salmon and roasted chicken were bland. Not worth the trip to high point from Greensboro. Such adisappointment. Great loss to the area. Read more

I come to High Point a lot for business, a group (8) wanted to catch up, eat and have a few drinks. It?s been a while since I?ve... been to Cristina?s so I was happy to visit again. What a let down it was? the restaurant was half-full at best, after waitingfor a while at the door the waitress approached but was extremely uninterested in serving us, her first words were ?it?s goingto be 30-45 minutes?? we?d be glad to sit at the bar and wait but she didn?t even make the slightest attempt to accommodateus. After a short cold and rather brash few sentences from her we ended up leaving to take our business somewhere else, andmost likely will steer clear in the future. I?m a business owner myself, and I don?t usually leave bad reviews, but this wassuch a strange and disappointing experience I think the owners should know - I know I would! Read more
