This sonic and the sonic in Thomasville are slow and disgusting. The staff makes it clear that they don?t want to do their job.... Sonic makes it clear they don?t care, by not sending corporate to change things. This is an ongoing problem, you can tell by thereviews it?s been bad for awhile. I used to go to sonic allllll the time till I moved here and went to this sonic and everysingle experience at this location and the Thomasville location have been bad. Also both locations like to turn off their menusboards so they don?t have to bother to walk to your car. Read more
Ordered on app at 7am for pick up. Arrived at 7:15, no response at speaker or window. Drove around to see if anyone was inside.... Once again no response st speaker or window. A delivery driver said there were 3 people inside standing around. I drove around,parked tried to go inside but doir qas locked. A person came out and asked me what did I need. I told them I had an app order topick up. He asked me was it was. I told him and asked should I drive around to window. He said yes. When I got to window, I wastold they didn't have the supplies to complete my order did I want a substitute. I asked for my money back. Another person cameto window she had manager on phone and tild me to just cancel my order. I showed her I did not have that option and I wanted mymoney back. She left and came back and said they were trying to now complete my order. I told her I no longer wanted the foodbut my money back. She said they did not have $7 in the register. I told her I was not leaving with out it. Another worker gaveme the money from his pocket. So I left at 7:40, 25 minutes after arrival with no food and terrible experience. Food was good. Service was really slow. Update: Made another trip a few days later. Pulled into a stall tried to order was... told to go to drive through... got there speaker was broke. Had a sign to pull up to Window, did that waited at least 25minutes... then they tried to give me someone else's order... tried to order then and was told they were completely out ofshakes.. so we just left after wasting all that time well over 30 mins we ended up going somewhere else to eat. Need more attention to the cleanliness and appearance of drive thru person. Today i was greeted with Dirty nails and disheveled... hair, just overall not appealing appearance. I was honestly grossed out and complained to another worker. Got Home and the onionrings and mozzarella sticks both tasted like cardboard. I usually srop there for breakfast for my son atleast 3 times a weekbefore school but as of today I will not be going back! Very disappointing! Read more
