Starbucks has legitimately good coffee. I want to hate because it's corporate coffee, but I do have to give them props because... certain blends they have are delicious. Worst customer service. Stood at the counter for over 5 mins, was never acknowledged by any staff member. I finally spoke up... about placing a mobile order (more than 20mins before I arrived) and I got attitude from the barista about how she was the onlyone working that section and I would just have to be patient. She didn?t ask my name or offer to check. Luckily someone elseoverheard and recognized they had moved my order off the pickup shelf - who knows why. Super rude the person making the drinks put them in the drive section, I got up and asked and the only thing they says is ?we... don?t have enough people rn? so I waited there for like 30 minutes and I got up again and asked because everyone had theirdrinks that came before me, she said ?oh I didn?t realized ?and I said ?I got up and asked? and she started Yelling and beingsuper rude. The service was extremely slow inside the store. We went in to order because the drive through line was so long but our order... was held up by the line and every car in it got their order before we did including about 12 (if I counted right) that showed upafter had already ordered.
