Visited this Starbucks at the Palladium in High Point and was extremely disappointed. My order was simple and waiting was not a... problem. The problem was when I saw someone drop my cup on the floor, pick it up, rinse it with water and then fill withcoffee. Then it was passed to another person who did call out my order so I knew it was mine. Of course I did not drink it,just put into trash. I decided not to cause a scene in establishment by complaining and decided to share my experience with areview. I love Starbucks but I will not ever go into this one again. So beware. Read more
Great food and drinks, very slow service. Since management change the service has declined.
These guys are on top of it. They always have my mobile order ready, it?s always right. They greet you when you walk in and... deliver the exact kind of service you want for spending $6 on a coffee. Much better than the Starbucks on Wendover for sure Read more

Came in a few weeks ago to get a sandwich just to find out it?s discontinued 20 MINUTES AFTER ORDERING! Works placed my order... for the sandwich and assured me that it would be ready in a few minutes. A few minutes go by so I ask again when it would beready and A DIFFERENT worker tells me in just a second . Finally after another 7 minutes passing I go back up there and ask whenthe sandwich will be ready it?s been over 18 minutes and they say the sandwich is actually discontinued! WASTE OF TIME AND LACKOF CUSTOMER SERVICE. No apology at all! Employees should always double check to make sure they have the item in stock beforeallowing the customer to pay and wait 20 minutes for something that doesn?t even exist anymore.
