Called to see if cake was ready on Friday the 9th as ordered they couldn't find my name 1st, then 2nd was told cake was supposed... to be picked up Saturday, 3rd wasn't asked if I needed anything else (like candles) girl just rang up and gave me a total nothank you, have a nice day or anything . But this last experience has really put a bad taste in my mouth???? the elderly lady who took my order did not take my ordercorrectly and somehow they made it my fault of course! Good variety of baked goods. Cake decorating awsome. I ordered a cake for a retirement party. I had no idea how I wanted it... decorated. I only knew the colors we were using.The retiree loves to golf, and when I told the young lady who helped me that sheimmediately got a book with a picture of a golfer on a cake.
