I prefer not to use plastic lids while drinking beverages. Was not happy to see a human hair after finishing half the cup... already. Absolutely disgusting. Immediately was offered a replacement one, but had no any desire to keep drinking coffee, so sad"no" to it. Never Tim's cofee again..... Read more

Very dissatisfied. Normally order Reg chili and a full sized bun and butter is included. Not today! Got chili, knife, fork, a... third of a bun (whole wheat as they were out of white buns) yes I said 1/3 of a bun and no butter. Price is the same but themenu is lacking a bun and butter.
