We are not a big fan of this place, but still decided to skip the line from busy buffet sometime. The food court was not busy... at all, the cashier Summer @ terminal 405 helped to bring up. Food is 3 stars. Cashier is 0 star. We asked for cup of watertogether with chopsticks and chili sauce but she didn't give us any cup. We asked again and she threw a cup up side down on hertable. We asked for another one and told her we didn't want the cup up side down touching her table, she threw another cup onit, still up side down. Ridiculous. Very rude...my first time so disappointed.. Hi. I want to rate my experience for today only. March 7th, 2012. At about 7:20 I came into the Thai kitchen as I often do (at... least 3x per week). I ordered my meal and when I went to pay I was not greeted by Yomira. I asked if I could have some sombalChile from next door as I have gotten in the past. She said no. She couldn?t go to the kitchen to get it. I explained to herthat the manager had gotten it for us before and she rudely commented I?m the lead and I can?t do that. From what I've had, I really enjoy the fried chicken wings (that's a no brainer. I'm a wingman,naturally), beef curry & pork spare ribs. The wings have a crispity crunchy breading over the juicy meat. The beef curry hasspicy coconut milk with strips of beef. The tender, sweet glazed pork spare ribs are great, most especially the fatty bits. Afew soups are on hand for those looking for some soup for the soul. I had the beef & vegetable soup and it was hearty. Chunksof beef which may have been too chunky, but the broth was well spiced & soothing. Thai Chi Express' a la carte items includepad Thai, fried rice, ramen & udon, among others. I haven't asked if the ramen is the more authentic stuff, and not the instantkind. I'll find out the next time I'm there. Service has been okay. The cashiers seem speedy enough & the staff boxing up myselections have been pleasant. Seating available, with booths, tables & quick eat standing tables. Of the food choices atTutu's Food Court inside San Manuel Indian Bingo & Casino (Thai Chi Express, La Tortilla Rellena, Oasis Burger & Grab & Go),Thai Chi Express appeals to me the most, both in value & taste.
