We went to the store with a few starving student cards (which have a coupon for a free specific smoothie, which is apparently a... mix of odds and ends of other smoothies). We ordered 3 for free, and purchased a few additional ones out of pocket. After thetransaction was complete, they informed us that they are out of the components for the odds and ends smoothie. They had alreadystarted the base for each smoothie. They informed us that they would reverse the card charge, and just initialed the coupon forfree smoothies so we could use it in the future. I think that in this situation it would have been a lot better to offer someother resolution. We were paying customers, who had already purchased additional smoothies. Maybe offer to upgrade the odd's andends smoothie to something, even if it's an upcharge. Or even check if you can make a smoothie prior to a transaction. Ipersonally don't like any menu items at Roxberry, but my family does. It just seems that every time that we go, there is some"Minor" inconvenience that can be missing half the ingredients to the menu, to poorly mixed smoothies that have whole chunks offruit barely chopped. My husband and I enjoyed our smoothies! They tasted fresh and the service was great. I would come back again.
Stopped by here late on a Saturday morning looking for quick snack. This location was not very busy, I only had to wait in line... for two minutes before I was served. Everyone is very friendly and my smoothie order was created in five minutes. The inside wasimpeccably clean, no trash on the floor or any sticky services that I noticed when I sat down.
