Kind and friendly staff, very busy! Sorry to hear someone had a bad experience but to me it?s unfounded? this is the grand... opening of the store. Not based in reality. We have been looking forward to this one opening as it's so much closer than the Florence location, and the Levee is beyond... inconvenient. Sadly it was quite disappointing. We ordered 2 little bacon cheeseburgers, fries, and drinks. The one drinkmachine is spitting out lil brown dots, where I guess the carbonated water isn't mixing correctly. Then we get home and no baconon either burger. Mind you there was 10 people behind the counter, 5 watching the 5 being trained I'm assuming. If 10 people get2 sandwiches in a row wrong, might be time to get some new trainers. So congratulations you convinced us, even though it'sinconvenient, we'll be driving out to the Florence location so we can get what we actually ordered. Read more

The food is excellent. Five Guys always delivers there. The burger is the classic American cheeseburger. The regular is two... patties, and the little burgers are one patty. Lots of great topping options. Fresh-cut fries are awesome, and they give you abag full. I like to get a side of bbq for the fries. Service was good. Everyone was smiling behind the counter which is alwaysnice. The restaurant was clean. It was mostly family-friendly with the exception of a somewhat racy photo in the men'sbathroom.
