Food is good, when you get it. Extremely slow service. They take favorite customers and takeout before other seated customers. ... The last two out of three times I've been there I've waited for an hour for my food. this last time it took 30 minutes for theappetizers to come out and then another 30 for the remaining food. When we asked for the fourth time for the appetizers, thelady asked if we still wanted them.. she blamed the takeout orders as reason for the delay. Terrible service. We ordered at6 p.m. and at that time there was only one other table occupied. Really?? I The emperor's shrimp and szechuan green beans arevery good. Mongolian beef with tasty but too many onions. The eggplant was meh. We will not be coming back, at least fordine in. Read more
We ordered the food and waited 45 min for the appetizers to arrive while we watch other people that had come after us being... served. How long does it take for spring rolls to be done? it was ridiculous. The portions of the entrees were too small for theprice. I ordered cashew chicken and cashews were sauteed in sugar, why?
