Service was excellent. Our waiter was extremely helpful and attentive. Chef came out at one point to say hello to each table,... and he was very gracious. The food was incredible. I had the lamb, and my wife had the strip. Both were cooked and seasoned toperfection. Great experience. Read more

Everything was great as usual. They raised their prices this year, but it's still a great place to eat. I got the Short Ribs... which were $21 last year this year they're $32 and my wife got the New York Strip which was $31 and now was $38 and we alsoordered the shrimp appetizer for $9 now it's $12. But I would definitely recommend this restaurant, they're very professionaland do a great job. Read more

My English teacher always reminded the class: choose your words. When we came in for drinks and dessert, the bartender greeted... us and was friendly. She offered a barside table. Then, her manager approached. The manager’s choice of words were “Thekitchen says no more tables. If they want dessert it’ll be 30 minutes or longer.” Choose your words, manager. How about“we would love to host you but we’re fully committed. We hope you’ll come back another time.” Won’t be back thanks toher. I wish her all the best. Read more

Perfect location right on the main strip. We stopped in between lunch and dinner rushes. They were supposedly full but had... some empty tables. Certainly could be a staffing issue. We only wanted drinks and an appetizer / meal for a party of four. Low maintenance. Food was good, had gluten free options (manager came by to discuss with my wife) and drinks were solid. Therest of this review is regarding service which is unfair due to their hesitation in seating us. with that said our server justdidn't come by very often. I had to go inside and find her to even pay. We had to track down our server at all times. Drinkswent empty, when you ordered it took forever and we had overall poor service. I want to be clear - they were questioningwhether they would seat us....this review is with the appropriately low bar but it was pretty tough. I would without a doubtreturn. It's likely a one off situation. Read more

Best Restaurant. Three of us dined in 4 restarants over our 4 nights in the area. We dined at two in Highlands and two in... Cashiers. Of the four restaurants Wolfgang's is the only one where we all agreed that the meal was excellent. Now this is notto be confused with Wolfgang Pucks - they will be quick to tell you that there is no affiliation. According to the restaurant'sWebsite, this restaurant is owned and named after German-born chef Wolfgang Green’s whose career included serving as ExecutiveChef for the Brennan Family of Commander’s Palace in New Orleans. We started our meal by sharing the large PortobelloMushroom, stuffed with goat cheese and spinach, and topped with applewood smoked bacon and provolone on Cabernet sauce. For ourentrees, we had the Ceasar Salad, the Wedge Salad, and the Seasonal Greens Gorgonzola Walnut Salad. For our entrees we had theRoast Loin of Lamb, The Venison Au Poivre, and the Pecan Crusted Shrimp. For we shared Chef Wolfgang's Family Recipe AppleStrudel Ala Mode. Everything was consistently excellent! The server was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and very attentive. Service was also excellent. The noise level in the nicely decorated, mountain themed dining room was appropriate. The pricesand portions were reasonable and we left with the feeling that we received good value for our meal. Next time in the area,Wolfgang's will be on the must visit list. We returned in July 2022 and everything was just as good. Read more
