The wine is so good! I typically don?t drink wine but Pazzo wine is divine! The server told us is made in highwood even better... lol I came in a little too late and the kitchen was closed but the server/bartender greeted us and gave us wine samplessuggestions. Stumbled on this phenomenal winery in Highwood today. Had a flight of reds and The Parma flatbread while chatting with the... owners. What an awesome find! The Old Vine Zinfandel was so smooth and the rosé I finished was a perfect complement to therosemary creme brûlée. I will be back, but I hope the owners were serious when they said they were contemplating opening alocation in Naperville. Bring it!! Read more
