Find a different location if considering a meal here. Had to wait 25 minutes just to find out they were out of half of the... ingredients. Also found out they forgot the meat on one of the items once I got home. There is a habaneros right across thestreet that is much better at the same cost. Read more

Well there's a first time for everything. Never before have I had a bad meal at Chipotle. Tonight was just odd. First when I was... ordering my wife's Bowl I specifically said no beans. And he then asked what type of meat and I said Blackened Chicken and hepulled the bowl back and put black beans on it. I tried to stop him but it was too late. So when I did tell him he literallytook his bare hands and started digging the beans back out of the bowl. I was shocked... Lol.. I had to ask him to throw it outand start over. This location really dropped the ball for me. I waited 20 minutes past my expected order time only to find my food was actually... ready on time, but was placed on a cooking counter in the back. I watched workers as I waited be rude with customers andthrowing pick up orders on the pick up shelves. They finally found the order, but did not remedy the situation.
