Attempted to order two nights in a row. Each time they told us it would be there at 5;30-545 (1 hour from the time we placed the... order). we sign up for text alerts.. and they never show.. we call back and ask about our order.. and they haven?t even startedit.. I believe in second chances which is why we tried again.. you failed.. never again. Read more

Ordered on a Friday but after an hour, never received an update. Called and was told I had at least 90 min left. Over 2 hours... for a pizza? I canceled. On Sunday, I tried again, this time, I received an update after about 45 min that my Pizza was in theoven. However, when I got there, I was told that the pizza hasn't even been made yet. I stood there a watched customer aftercustomer, showed up under the same understanding and each time, the manager said "that is them, not me. I didn't send you amessage and it's not my fault. Dominos is too cheap to get a service that actually works, so take it up with them because it'snot my problem." Yikes. I especially felt bad for the Mom who came in expecting to pick up pizza for her family only to betold the same thing as many, "at least 60-90 minutes more." The absolute worst part, is how bad the pizza was. Getting abusedby management, waiting crazy amounts of time and all of that for a truly terrible product? I'm done. There are plenty of placesin the Hilliard area who respect their customers and provide a high-quality experience/product. Read more
