We arrived here a couple of days ago during a sad, rainy day. That didn’t stop the fun! There is a large covered... seating/standing area with lots of sparkling wine choices, great music and an excellent open view of the vineyard. If you like sparkling wines, then you'll love Hinterland. My favourite wine here is the ancestral, it's sweet and soft and... approachable. Their grounds are also really nice with a big barn like structure for some much needed shade during this heat wavewe're having. They also had Bellini's available which I'm looking forward to trying the next time we stop by. Read more

I tried their Charmat tasting for $10, that provide you 2 glasses to... sample - Whitecap Method Charmat (like a Prosecco) and Borealis 2021 Method Charmat (Sparkling Rose).
