This is by far one of the worst Burger King restaurantd I have seen in my life and travels across country from my home in... Alaska. Inside is dirty, unkept and filled w flies landing on counters and YES the food!! I have received my order many times in2 years only to get home and find that they gave me cold or burnt fries and EXPENSIVE chicken sandwich overcooked to the pointthat there is very little that is edible. The entire place needs to be revamped, DEEP CLEANED, and I would get ride of allmanagers and replace them with people who care about the customers and strive for customer service excellence. If the ownercannot do this, I recommend he or she shut this place down and try to sell it. Good luck. Read more
Ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches and an 8 piece jalapeño cheddar bites. Both sandwiches were so burnt I had to throw them... away. The cheddar bites had nothing inside of them! Customer service left that place a long long time ago. Waited for 20 minutes before I asked for service then was told she was... too busy. There was nobody else in the place. When your too busy to wait on customers you should close the doors. I left andwill NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!!!!!!! The place is dirty and unsanitary out front. God only knows what the kitchenlooks like. I hope the health dept. Closes them down and soon. Or get new better management that will ensure the place is cleanand well staffed, I'm diabetic and a truck driver, I needed some food as my blood sugar was low. And needed caffeine to make memore alert. Got neither, had to drive another 45 miles to get those 2 things. So yes I have to give them a complete failure as a(fast) food restaurant. Read more
