I was in the area for lunch and I saw that this place had vegan options. Incredibly excited to see vegan enchiladas! Not that... expensive either. They were filled with potato, black beans, and mushrooms I believe. Crispy onions and tortilla strips on topwith rice and lettuce with pico on the side. Very yummy! I would definitely come here and order it again, although perhaps a bitspicier next time. Read more
One of the better Mexican restaurants in the metro area. I prefer this location over the downtown hillsboro location because... they have parking. The food feels more authentic home style than a lot of the other restaurants that taste more like a tex mexchain. I really enjoy the Quesabirrias Plate here, the beef is tender and flavorful and the consome is very rich, great fordipping and on its own. Cant go wrong with any of their taco or burrito options, their meats are flavorful. I don't get howpeople complain about the price, Amelias is actually cheaper than most of the other mexican restaurants in the area. Read more

Food was good - more traditional Mexican cuisine. However, they didn't have enough staff to serve. Had to wait close to 30... minutes before taking food order and then another 30-40 minutes before food came out. Also, the waitstaff kept passing by us asif we were in an invisible zone. Finally got more chips and salsa ten minutes before food came out. Good tasting food butservice needs improvement. Read more

My husband and I were there at 7pm on a Friday night. We ordered steak Street tacos, taquitos and margaritas. The drinks were... great but the steak tacos…. I took one bite and had a mouth full of gristle. The flavor and smell of the food was like theyhad overused the cooking oil and tasted and smelled off not appetizing at all.
