I came in today, just before 11 AM. My Sandwich was wonderful, and the woman who made it very nice. A+ customer service
Restaraunt was clean, looked new. Staff was friendly and helpful, sandwich was good. All that is 4 stars. The 5 star experience... came when the Karen (who took two parking spots, took forever b/c she didn't know what she wanted on her sandwich at all) nearlyblew her lid after not having a picture of a coupon honored for 15% a footlong. ("Who's the manager here? I'll be speaking tothem." etc.) It felt like a YouTube video playing in front of me. Clearly, she is the main character, and we're stuck watchingthe show. My wife just got us two foot long egg sandwiches. We generally love egg sandwiches. My wife paid 2 dollar extra to add... guacamole to sandwiches. ????!!! Ordered a deluxe sub and got the same amount of meat as a normal one the guy only put 3 half scoops of meat on it. When I... pointed it out the guy was rude and told me he put enough on it and charged me for a deluxe. Then the other employee workingtook my payment and when I put my hand out to take my change he dropped it on the counter as if my hand wasn't right there.Completely disappointed and will not be coming back here.
