Overcooked lobster tails the last two visits. The lobster tails are expensive so I expect better. Also the catfish fillets looks... and tastes like swai. Read more

This place has such a lack of good costumer service, ordered a tray of seafood for $30 for dinner, after I got home I opened and... only had veggies and shrimp when I also pay for crab legs ( must important part of the meal) and there?s was none, I calledright after to ask for a refund or to figure out the situation and Mohammed ( rude btw ) told me he didn?t know what to do aboutit that they we?re close, also told me he checked the camera and that I was lying ???? (as if I?m living about some crab legslike I can?t afford them) I asked him if he could refund me my money so I can get something else for dinner since they told me Ican?t eat my food in order to get a refund I have to save the tray and take it tomorrow ( December 5th ) at 11 am so pretty muchI didn?t eat dinner, neither did my son and they didn?t care to have a lil bit of empathy about the situation over all TERRIBLECOSTUMER SERVICE, RUDE EMPLOYEES, LACK OF EMPATHY I believe that if you as a person are not good with people then you shouldn?twork in that field, and if you need the money then do your job right.
