McDonald's has gone down hill over the years. Really just a last choice quick bite these days. Food quality is poor at best.... Service....most staff does not want to be there but some are fantastic. Read more
It's McDonald's and the fries were hot (they need a burger like the impossible or beyond). The McCafe machine was down and the... front of the registers need to be mopped. Luckily, the staff was nice and worked pretty quickly. The restrooms were clean, whichis appreciated. Read more
Traveling back to West Virginia and wanted to get a quick bite for the evening before getting home. Mobile Ordered at 6pm and... then waited 20min (not a huge deal) pulled off realized they forgot my chicken sandwich so I just went inside. The kid told thesandwich makers twice in a 15min span. That kid ended up clocking out to leave and so I was left standing there. Finally got arefund from the manger after waiting 25min. A total of 45min to get anything done. I ordered my lovely simplistic meal... comprised of a singular American cheese, perfectly cornered, and sliced to perfection.
