This place has horrible customer service!!! The employee knowingly took my order knowing it was not hers when she went on break,... then asked what they were going to fo with food I refused to eat. When kitchen staff were asked to remake they blew a gasket andstarted yelling at each other. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Read more
Was a very adequate place for a cheeseburger and fries. I ordered 2 burgers, 1 plain no condiments or pickles and 2 small fries... and small chocolate milkshake. Less than $20 and food was promptly served while hot. One quibble is that they put a whippedtopping on the milkshake that doesn't add anything flavor wise and diluted the chocolate flavor. Read more

I try to eat very cleanly and avoid take out to a degree. However, when I do get a craving for something rich and meaty, Jack in... the Box is one of my go-to locations. You couldn't ask for a better set of staff; they are very friendly and efficient. The foodis prepared quickly, and tastes indulgent. I like how I can be a night owl and still satisfy my cravings. I went to Hilo Jack in the box and had ordered two fried rice and also 3 piece jalapeno poppers and 2 side order portuguese... sausage. When I went to drive thru to pay. I noticed my portuguese sausages were put in with the fried rice. I told the girlthere that I did not want portuguese sausage in with fried rice. I am allergic. I do not understand how they could assume it wasfor same person. They should have put it in another container. I then asked her kindly could they make another batch as I amallergic to eggs and will get a severe allergic reaction. She said sorry and promise me they will put new sausages , then leftto go to back. I could see another girl laughing and then the girl came back. She said we put in a new batch in anothercontainer. I asked kindly with hesitancy , " are you sure , because again I am highly allergic " . She said , " yes , we put anew sausages in ". I left because there was a long line. I drove home which was 45 minutes away. I did not stop to look at it asit is a highway. When I went home , I noticed that it was the same sausages as what was in with fried rice. You can see piecesof eggs from fried rice on my sausages. This is totally unprofessional. If I had eaten it without looking , I would have gottenan allergic reation and gone to the hospital. The fact that the girl lied and the other gal laughing and looking at me . Thatmade me feel very uncomfortable. I called immediately to the Hilo store and spoke with manager name Adam. I told him thesituation. He was apologetic and offered to give me two fried rice and two side orders portuguese sausage. I gave one starbecause he offered to credit me my ordered. He told me he was going to talk to the staff about it. Thank you Adam, but it isunacceptable to have your employees lie and tease me. Be careful if you have severe allergies, the staff in that shift doesn'tcare about your allergy health problems. Read more
