Don?t use the app!! Ordered from the app and it did not update status. When my husband went to pick it up, they didn?t even make... it. They told him he had to wait another 30 min. After he did, he got the food and they almost forgot to give him the wings. Nooffer to compensate him at all and didn?t offer to cancel the order or anything instead of making him wait. I remembered why wenever go here as I believe this happened to us before. Ordered online. Food was supposed to take 30 minutes but ended up taking over an hour. Asked for a restroom, was told they don't... have one. Uhhhh, where do YOU use the bathroom then? A RESTROOM SHOULD BE OFFERED TO PAYING PATRONS. They were out of marinarasauce like WHO RUNS OUT OF MARINARA SAUCE? The girl gave me a number and told me to park to wait for my food and as I tried toask her where to park she shut the window on me. Most of the stalls in the area are reserved for another vendor so I ended upjust waiting inside. They had to turn alot of business away as they were short staffed. This is my take. If you are shortstaffed maybe you should just shut down for the day instead of making your workers work tirelessly and not even be able to offerany kind of decent eating experience to your customers. We would understand more when we pull up to a dark building. We wouldknow ok we need to eat somewhere else tonight. We wouldn't have to wait for over an hour on food that should take literally 20minutes. Read more
