Me and my mom have been ordering here for almost 20 years after tonight we won't be ordering here anymore . The sheet pizza was... still pizza was still raw and customer service sucked. Read more
The toppings were very tasty, but the crust, (what's called the bone) end was a tad tough, maybe cooked, then frozen.
First off, the pizza was good. My complaint is I was given a time for pickup, was there on time to pick it up and the girl gave... me a funny look and went to the back and came back and said she forgot to put it in the oven ! Ok, so I understand that thingshappen. So I had to wait another 15 min. out in my car, so I go in and its sitting ontop of ovens, would of thought that maybethey would of come to the door and given me a high sign that its done, since I told her I was right out the front door in my car! And lastly, there was no apology , no effort made to make it right except the customer had to put up with it. So much formaking the customer happy. Read more
Update 3/21/2022: The owner called me apologized and explained the situation. He also gave me a credit and told me to call him... if I had any issues. Thank you for making it right. Original review: I'm so sad to do this because I have been a faithfulcustomer since I moved here 4 years ago. I am a rewards member and have been happy with the food and customer service untiltoday. I ordered a keto bowl like I normally do and for the first time it came cooked differently. The veggies were uncooked ontop of the melted cheese as if they forgot to add the veggies during cooking and just threw them on. Every time I have ordered aketo bowl the cheese is melted on top of the veggies and sauce. I called and told them this and was told that they don't knowwhat to tell me they followed the recipe. We argued about how they were made, because i have ordered them a lot and they werenever made like that! He offered to remake it but told me that it was going to come out the same way and 45 mins (I live downthe street). When I asked can he at least melt the cheese on top of the veggies he told me that he was going to make it the sameway by following the recipe. I said ok. but thought about the 45 mins and called back to ask for a credit instead because I wasgoing to cook the veggies myself. I was told no they don't do that. ok fine. We order from here atleast once a week for several years now, but after tonight the way we were treated we will NEVER be back!!... First of all our orders have been messed up several times now but our feeling has alway's been "mistakes happen" and the factthat the staff has alway's been very apologetic and tried to be accommodating was what kept us coming back, but tonight was thefinal straw when a long haired young man wearing a winter hat became very argumentative with my husband that eventually lead tothe employee screaming at my husband and saying he's gonna call the police on him, I've never seen this employee before andhonestly he alone will be the reason we will never return.... the best part is he made us bring back the order to trade it infor the new food stating that is there policy and when we got home they had screwed the order up again!!! Really first 30minutes of driving back and fourth, verbal abuse and still no satisfaction with our order.
