My wife and I had a really good experience here! I will make sure and tell others.I had the Surf & Turf my wife had the Grouper.... Both dinners were excellent. The she crab soup is excellent! Great atmosphere & delicious seafood. This was our second visit to Scott?s after a 2020 visit on our honeymoon. It was one of... our favorite restaurants that trip, and the experience was great again this time. Highly recommend the stuffed fish & bakedoyster appetizer. The view of Shelter Cove & the live music outside is an added bonus. Staff was knowledgeable about nutallergy and how to handle it. No peanut oil. James River raw oysters were amazing!! She crab soup not that good for our groups liking, sent it back, but got or miss with... that. Don?t understand vegetables on everyone?s plates?? I had veggies just dumped on a shrimp and scallop Alfredo bowl? Andthey weren?t great, some of our group of 10 liked part of them. But overall ok place, scenery is nice and wait staff was polite. We caught fish with Bay Runner Charters right next door to Scott?s Fish Market, then we brought our fish over to Scott?s to cook... up for us. Initially we were told they only cook up people?s fresh caught fish for dinner, but Alec went and asked the chef forus and they agreed to do it. Our food was AMAZING! Thanks for cooking up our fresh fish and delivering incredible fish tacos.Props to Alec for wonderful customer service.
