The new management and staff have truly turned this place around. The wait time was reasonable, the staff was professional, the... text message alert to be seated worked great, our order came out correctly, quickly, was hot, delicious and fairly priced. Theexperiences we had here in the past cannot compare to the great service we had this past Saturday. 4 stars only because I needto revisit in a few weeks to validate the changes are true to stay. Awesome food and good service. Food arrived fast and everything was delicious.
For a several months Longhorn in Hinesville did not have Stampede Cake which we've had many many times at different Longhorn... Restaurants. So I was pleasantly surprised when I called them and they did have the cake. Sara was really great when I called in my order and was very personable when I went to pick it up at curbside. The cake was a surprise for my husband's birthday andmy heart dropped when I saw how they packed it in the container. I even brought a cooler so it would stay cool and the icecream wouldn't melt. I should have walked it in to show the manager but I didn't because I had my dog with me. I really liketheir food and the servers are friendly...it was an unfortunate situation.There will be a next time and I will definitely go inthe restaurant to pick it up and check it before I leave.
