I called to talk to a specific real person regarding a customer service matter 3 times; last Monday, yesterday and today. Last... Monday, I got a voice mailbox and left a message with my number and no one bothered to return my call. Monday I called and gota real person and left a message for the person I needed to speak to only to not be called back even though I was told she wouldbe in the office later that day. Today I called a different number and got a voice mail greeting by the person I needed tospeak to early this morning. I left a detailed message with my number and it is now late afternoon. I guess Marylou's is notinterested in keeping their customers. Time to find a new favorite brand coffee... Read more

Great coffee stop. There's a bunch of coffee flavors to try and they take care to make it how you like it. Service was pleasant... and quick. The iced coffees we got were all really good. It was a little weird walking into what looked like an old 7-11 butthey're actually located in the back and have a blatantly obvious/pink counter.
