I actually love this DD location, but I don't like that you have to tell some of the newer servers to let the coffee brew all... the way before pouring; it doesn't come out right and sometimes I have to have them remake it the right way. Read more

Stopped in for a quick coffee and restroom break. Cashier was was very nice and friendly and the person that made my drink was... also pleasant. All started off great. I went inside to place my order because the drive thru was crazy busy, of course, it's a Saturday... morning. It wasn't crazy on the inside. I walked right up to the counter. As I finished placing my $32 order and she startedgathering the donuts, she literally 'tossed' them into the bag. The chocolate iced donut with sprinkles is now all over theinside of my bag. How rude. I find that to be disrespectful. That is my breakfast. That I paid for. $32 as a matter of fact. DidI mention that childish toss of my food has me upset? I asked for a new bag and placed all the donuts in a clean bag myself. Ididn't say a word. Not my place to teach young associates how to handle customers food with respect. Not a great way to start mySaturday morning. Will I be back there next Saturday, of course I will, but I doubt I spend $32 again. Read more
