So normally I wouldn't make a big deal of things like this but I sincerely feel like the manager and waiter brushed this off.... When we went we ordered sushi and I will give the sushi 2 stars because of presentation and freshness. However during our meal agiant cockroach flew off their divider in the middle of the restraunt separating the hibatchi from people eating at normaltables. It not only flew off this divider but also landed on me prompting me to jump out of my chair as it almost went into myshirt. The waiter then came over with a menu and promptly smashed it. I saw him clean the area the cockroach was in but not themenu. He came over to apologize and said they had sprayed the day before but offered nothing else for us. He did apologize butonly offered "do you have some kind of phobia?" As comfort to me. I was appalled and I'm not every eating here again. Read more
Was very disappointed. The food did not taste as good as the one in Chattanooga. Told waiter sushi didn't taste good said he... would let them know. He was nice not rude but didn't change the fact of the taste. Plus they put a 22.88 tip automatically onbill. I didn't realize until I got home. I will not recommend this place or eat here again. Started out good & then quickly went downhill from there! The menu definitely isn't easy to navigate as no where is it listed... that noodles are an option. Food had good flavor but definitely not authentic Japanese. The noodles ???? appear to be common boxspaghetti, the soup is definitely made with a retail broth. They were short staffed which is everywhere right now however, ourwaiter definitely couldn't multitask as we waited longer for a to go box & our ticket than our initial wait time to be seated &order. Went for dinner. They said they weren't doing the Hibachi cooking. What a shame. Hibachi adds some entertainment to the meal and... the food it hotter when you get it.Our food wasn't that warm by the time we got it. For that availability not being there I amgiving it a lower rating. Read more

This was one the worst experiences I've had with a restaurant ever the server was very nonchalant about everything. While my... boyfriend and I sat waiting for our sushi to arrive at the table, my boyfriend saw something fly behind my head, we both lookedfor what ever it was after a minute I spotted what it was a huge roach was on my chair rung and I went to move and it was goneboth my boyfriend spotted our waiter and told him that a roach was around the table somewhere but he was not concerned. After afew more minutes the roach flew and hit my boyfriend on the back of the neck a crawled on his back my Boyfriend jumped up atthis point and called the waiter over and point out the huge roach at the empty table to the waiter and the waiter just ask ifmy boyfriend had a phobia of roaches before Retrieving a menu to kill the roach with and them serving us our sushi, at whichpoint my boyfriend and I were very disgusting and disturbed at the whole experience and the waiter still had us pay the wholemeal price. I do not recommend this restaurant unless you like dinning with horrible waiting staff and roaches . Read more
