We had dinner with my son and his family. We had a great time. We hadn't all been together in a few years. It was good to see... how happy and healthy their daughter has grown up. And his wife is still a gorgeous amazon. The food was great. And the staffwas fantastic. Have I mentioned it was my first time at Olive Garden. I would absolutely recommend it. Read more
Took my mother for her birthday to the Olive Garden and she was very excited. 71-year-old ladies love when their son can pay the... bill and their birthday is being celebrated. Our experience was very mediocre though and it wasn't our servers fault. I have 26years in the restaurant industry and the reason our service wasn't good was because our server was competent, I would even saytalented, but his section was too large for him to be able to take care of his patrons the way all patrons deserve. I say thishaving a waiter's resume that I am willing to show anyone. Our server did the best he could with a large section. I didn't seeany managers trying to help him or any kind of teamwork that would allow a server to succeed in a situation where he had atleast eight tables. Maybe Olive Garden doesn't have any waiters. Maybe they need to hire some but is not every manager therecapable of waiting a table? So our food was great but a meal that could have been done in 45 minutes or less took over an hourand a half because our waiter was alone in providing good service. Olive Garden management does not care and if they did, Iwould have seen them out there helping. People will make the excuse that it's the pandemic and everyone is shorthanded but sinceI have so much restaurant experience I was able to observe more than my waiter section and everyone had less tables than he did.He was holding that place together on the Sunday I decided to take my mother for a meal. We tipped him appropriately and gavehim extra because he deserves better from Olive Garden and I hope he gets a job at a place that will appreciate his talents. Read more
A very nice place to eat you get what you pay for, very nice service and good food ( not to mention unlimited garlic bread)????

I took my mother here for her 86th birthday!
