We have been here many times since it opened. We were quite surprised and disappointed in how dirty it was this time. Dust... hanging from both ceiling air vents..walls with footprints and dirt ..major debris under the grill....SO DISAPPOINTED!! Read more

There were no clean tables so we wouldnot loose the only empty table we set down. We were ignored for 5 min then a woman in a... red shirt scolded us for setting there. I dont need a moma and this is a free country! She did it loudly for others to hear. Itwas rude! We just left! Worse staff ever! We went to huddle house instead! Very sad this is the only location Hixson is limited to. Everything everyone else is mentioned is absolutely the way it is. And... now corporate has a recording on the phone that says out of courtesy to our dine in guests, we will not be taking to go ordersby phone. Wow.. I completely understand being short staffed and it wouldn't be a big deal to go inside to place an order if youcould get someone to acknowledge you, but to say -out of courtesy for our dine in guests.. hmm.. so my to go order doesn'twarrant the same "courtesy" especially when a gratuity charge is automatically assessed for the order. I think I will emailcorporate because that is a poor choice of wording and because of that, I won't even bother to patronize the business anylonger. Read more
