Employees are unnecessarily rude. Food isn?t anything special and overpriced. Not worth it. Editing to respond: I have never... been to the location and Montclair, starting eating here when Hoboken location opened up. Customer service has increasinglydeclined as you can see here. Read more

Employees either need to cheer up or just add more love into making these sandwiches, my chicken pesto sandwich wasn?t good.... Chicken was burnt. No greeting when walking in nor while standing at register. Also, not their fault but sodas out ofservice- a few sandwiches were out of stock. Horrible Read more

I will never order here or recommend it to anyone I know ever again. First, when the food was delivered, they forgot three... orders of fries. When I called the store to inform them of this, the woman that picked up first insisted that we did have thefries. After informing her again that we didn't receive them, she said we would need to wait because they delivery driver hadother orders. Second, I received a Dr.Pepper and a Half and Half Lemonade when I asked for a Sprite. I originally wanted aMinute Maid Lemonade, and the same woman called to tell me that they didn't have that so I asked for a Sprite which she said wasfine. After calling about the Sprite, she first hung up on me! After calling back and stating that she hung up on me, the samewoman rudely stated that she didn't hang up she placed me on mute and proceeded to yell at me as I inquired about the Spritewhich resulted in her rudely hanging up again. Thirdly, I asked for a sandwich with no onions for allergies reasons and receiveda sandwich with onions. Luckily I spoke to a different woman and she was so kind to send me a new sandwich (S/O to Gigi!) Oddthing was when the delivery person brought the sandwich, he asked to trade the sandwich I did have which I have never heard ofbefore.
