The food is good when it is what I ordered. 2/3 subs were wrong. It seems that no matter which Capriotti's I go into, there is... some sort of problem. Also, the quantity of meat keeps going down. Read more
Came in at 7:30pm, heard the manager say ?they (his staff) should have locked the door?. Then the staff was acting annoyed that... we placed an order. I understand wanting to close early but don?t be rude. Read more
Lots of people here are complaining that the employees ?just don?t care?. Well guess what. They get paid the legal minimum... wage. Their employer basically said, ?If I could pay you less, I would.? They get no benefits, and work 10-12 hours a day. Iwouldn?t care either. Consider supporting a business that cares about its employees. Read more
