I happen to be in the area and really had a taste for Chipotle which never happens. Online the hours says 10:45 am. I arrive at... 10:55 am and there?s already 3 people waiting outside because the door is locked!!! The lady behind the counter comes to thedoor and says they won?t be available to start until 11:30. What?!? I?ve literally never heard a business say that. Mayberunning a few minutes behind schedule. But not opening until 45 minutes after start time is beyond ridiculous. I?m looking atthe other reviews for this location and this has happened several times. Whoever the manager is needs to be fired or needs to bewrote up because they are obviously not keeping this restaurant running how it should be. We all got into our individual carsand left. Went to pick up my order at 10:45 am when the store says it opens and i sat outside for 15 min until 11:00 am and the store was... not open when it should be. Very very inconvenient!! Read more
