So much for freaky fast service... I ordered 2 sandwiches and it took over an hour ans 20 minutes to get a mile to my house.... This location just sucks. They close early when they feel like it. What is the point of having hours if you don't stick to them.My husband went to get me chips because I'm pregnant. Do Not order for business events/meetings/conferences. This location has proven time and time again that they are unable to... meet delivery times and are consistently late. I have been so disappointed with this Jimmy John's service this past year. I used to order from here in the past and would get... the sandwich delivered within 30 minutes placing it online. But I've had them deliver my sandwich for more than 1 hour 15 minfrom the time I order three times already and they're just less than 1.5 miles away. Their excuse is they only have one driverand have 10 deliveries..... like it's my problem!! The very last time I'll be ordering from them!!!! Read more
Worst Jimmy John's ever. The woman immediately put me on hold. After ten minutes I hung up and called again. She put me on hold... AGAIN. This went on for the four calls I put in. She FINALLY answered and before I could even say two words she tells me thatthey don't deliver to my house. But I've been calling the same Jimmy John's for years. I called the next one closest to my houseand they were cool and did their thing. I'm happy the other one doesn't deliver here anymore. The smugness and arrogance thiswoman has is so wrong.
