Ordered through the drive thru. I ordered a large drink with my food. They handed me a warm (above room temperature) Pepsi. ... Told me it was because they were out of ice. Now, I've worked in restaurants myself and know the drink machines do not dispensewarm pop. Even without ice it shouldn't be above room temperature. I was told by the man at the window that they couldn'tcorrect this or refund what I paid for the drink and that I should take it because "none of their other customers complainedabout getting warm drinks. Of course, their lobby and drive thru were empty. When I got back to work to eat my meal the foodwas cold and apparently had been sitting around for a long time. Horrible quality and rude staff. I come her twice a month. My last visit ordered 3 chicken sandwiches..I usually wait 7 minutes or so because I thought they made... them fresh , so I was good with the wait.. This time I got the sandwiches in less than 2 minutes and they were luke warm anddried out and tuff.... I will go to the KFC on Barrington road next time ... Read more
