Not bad, not good. As a leadership advocate I found management to be condescending to their front line workers. The assistant... manager could also learn to use what is affectionately called an inside voice. My order was prompt and good, the two kidsworking the front of the house were excellent. I tried to eat there but I was pulling a cargo trailer with my 3/4 ton through the drive-thru and noticed the eight and a half... foot clearance. I figured I could barely make it but as I sat waiting at the microphone for them to take my order for whatseemed like several minutes with no greeting or acknowledgment of my presence there I begin asking if they were open with myvoice getting louder and louder with each successive attempt. No answer so I proceeded on around the building looking in thewindow as I passed and they seemed to be fully open for business. Is it too hard to ask if I could just hold, or perhaps a nice"hello there, we'll be with you in a moment" or anything? So much for courtesy here. They make burritos at other places too. Read more
