I went through too order food for my nieces and i. i wasn?t done ordering and the ?manager? cut me off and gave me my total. i... told her i wasn?t done ordering and she told me too pull up too the window. she then told me she deleted my order. all because itold her i wasn?t done ordering. she told me she was gonna call the cops. because I WASNT done ordering. rude customer service.worst service ever! I?ve been to the Holdrege location twice and have had subpar food on both occasions. The first time I was told be careful the... ole?s are hot. Not hot, but very overcooked! Too hard to eat. Seat in drive thru for a good 3-5 minutes. Sign said open and hours said open no one was there. So we called and asked if open... they said yes, and answered drive thru. Getting our food took for ever and it was warm not hot. Read more
We thought the service was a little slow, but when got to the window we could see that there was just one young man working.... Hopefully no one complained about the wait time. If anyone deserved a raise and a big pat on the back this young man did. Wewere proud of his keeping things going and his boss should be too! Read more
