Who would've guessed that tucked away in an auto dealership a very talented chef was creating wonderful cuisine. I'm talking... about Earl Weiss, head chef. I had a very special meal prepared by Earl today. It included a strip steak grilled perfectly,garlic mashed potatoes (real mashed) and fresh green beans with shallots.
